Narayan Man Bijukchhe is a Nepalese politician. Bijukchhe is the president of the Nepal Workers and Peasants Party. Bijukchhe was born in Sukuldhoka, Nepal. He became a communist sympathizer after seeing the relief work of Communist Party of Nepal cadres during floods in Rautahat around 1954.

Chariman of the Nepal Workers Peasants Party, Narayan Man Bijukchhe'Rohit' is the popular politician who has been elected various elections from Bhaktapur. Born on March 9, 1940 at Sukuldhoka of Bhaktpur, he is contesting the CA election from Bhaktpur-1. Son of Ganesh Man and Surya Maya Bijukchhe, he has Bachelor's Degree in Humanities. He became a communist sympathizer around 1954. Around 1956 he joined the Students Federation and became a member of Communist Party led by Puspa Lal Shrestha in 1970. Later, he founded the Nepal Workers and Peasants Organization(which later became the Nepal Workers Peasants Party) on January 23, 1975. He is leading the Party from then. During the 1990s, Bijukchhe was elected to parliament three times, in 1991, 1994 and 1999. He political life includes 5 year jail life for Karna Haiju case by the Panchayat government and 10 year extensive underground life. He wrote many books including Nepalko Communist Aandolanma Khota Bicharharuko Khandan, Bishwoka Prasiddha Majadur Aandolanharu, Nepal Bharat Sambanda .
